If you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of recieving it, unused and unopened condition. Contact us to arrange this. If you do not contact us to let us know you intend to return the item, we may not be able to provide a refund. Buyer is responsible for arranging and meeting the costs of the return postage. If the product has been opened or used, it unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded.
